Comunale Law offices have been serving the legal needs of individuals and families in the greater Dayton, and southwest Ohio region for more than a decade. Established in 1993 by attorney Tony Comunale our office is dedicated to protecting the rights of our clients in an aggressive and attentive manner. Fully staffed, our main offices are conveniently located in downtown Dayton, directly adjacent to the state, municipal and federal courts. Our philosophy is simple, through hard work and aggressive representation we strive to get the results you deserve.






About Attorney Tony Comunale:


Attorney Tony Comunale is an experienced trial attorney and family advocate. He holds degrees from Boston University (B.A.) and the University of Dayton (J.D.). Mr. Comunale has an extremely successful trial record representing clients in areas from family law, criminal defense, to small business litigation and personal injury. He and his staff are dedicated to personal and responsive service to our clients that include every effort to solve your legal problems quickly and effectively. Ideally we try to move to a fast and successful agreement to solve your legal problems, but when the other side is unreasonable Mr. Comunale is a tough advocate who won't back down.

Attorney Comunale is a member of the Ohio Bar Association; the Dayton Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He belongs to the family law division and is a member of the Miami Valley Trial Lawyers Association as well as the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys. He is licensed to practice in the states of Ohio and Illinois. He is a recognized skilled trial attorney and the recipient of the American College of Trial Lawyer's Medal for Excellence in Advocacy.


Our main offices are conveniently located in downtown Dayton on the corner of Second Street and Wilkinson at 130 west second street. Our suite number is 2050. We are directly across from the federal, state and municipal court buildings.

From South of Dayton:

Take I-75 north to the First street exit. Take First Street to Ludlow (3 traffic lights). Take a right onto Ludlow. Parking is available at the Schuster center garage on the corner of Second Street and Ludlow. Our office is one block west (right from Ludlow) on the corner of Second Street and Wilkinson.

From North of Dayton:

Take I-75 south to the First street exit. Take First Street to Ludlow (3 traffic lights). Take a right onto Ludlow. Parking is available at the Schuster center garage on the corner of Second Street and Ludlow. Our office is one block west (right from Ludlow) on the corner of Second Street and Wilkinson.
